· Background: “Unlock Your Potential” is an exclusive opportunity to learn from experts in the art of building confidence, personal branding and self awareness to help drive your career forward. At this exclusive event you will have a chance to participate in inspirational workshops on personal branding to find out how you can develop a professional image, your key values and passions and what your ideal life will look like.

Open to all female undergraduates and postgraduates studying in China who are graduating in 2015 or 2016.

(2). Emerging Talent Program in July – Aug, 2014
· Background: The Emerging Talent Program brings together students from around the globe to collaborate, network and learn in a unique, hands-on one-month program (early July - early August 2014). The program kicks off with a five-day global summit in Switzerland where you'll learn about UBS's history and strategy and get to know other interns from around the world. With the valuable experience gained, you'll return to your home base (London, New York, Zurich or Hong Kong), where you'll spend the rest of the program in our offices honing your skills by working on a business-relevant project.
· Target: Students graduating in 2016
· Application deadline: 8 December, 2013
